Judge rules couple to not have children in USA !

The couple have already 4 children that are taken care of by the govt at society's expense and hence the couple can't add on to the budren unless they act responsibly !

My Take
It is very reasonable and sensible. However it violates what people are allowed to - by the constitution

Remedy
Either revisit consitutional guarantees or revisit social support !
